In a humorous dialogue of Ukrainian comics it is stated that "the rabbit – it is not only a valuable fur, but three or four kilograms of diet meat." But just imagine how many benefits can be derived from chickens? Firstly - the meat, and secondly - the egg, thirdly - feathers and down, fourthly - if you do not have an alarm clock, the rooster (aka Chicken husband) is able to wake you up for work. Whatever one may say, having chicken is a one big advantage. But for some reason, people often feel undeserved neglect towards these beautiful angelic birds. There is even offensive expression - "birdbrain", which describes people who are deprived of intellect. But we believe that the chicken is not as simple as it seems. It has a huge potential, which concealed from the people. Today, we reveal all the secrets of the chickens, using photography from the Soviet journals as a visual aid.

Where did the word "chauffeur" came?

Many people think that the word "chauffeur" refers to the time of appearance of automobiles and general mechanical self-propelled carriages. But in reality, the word appeared long before this, and though its origin is very original.

IN AMERICA there are 22 million cars. In the USSR this number equal 20 000. In France there is one car per 46 residents. In the Soviet Union there are 7000 citizens per one car. In America and in France, the battle of car with a horse is ended. The horse forced out the city, displaced from the streets. We just started this battle. Our town cab horse is thin, bandy-legged, and powerless. Do not flatter yourself, however, by hope for an easy victory. Bandy-legged horse firmly clung to the pavement. She does not want to retire.

Foreign and Soviet news daily is filled with reports of traffic accidents: cars hit trees, other solid objects or another cars, with the usual result - injuries and loss of drivers and pedestrians. The question of achieving complete safety in car accidents is still seemed to be unresolved.
